Today’s Message: : “ Call to Serve ”
Matthew 3:13-17 and Acts 34: 34-43
Prayer:
O'Lord we thank you for a brand new season in our lives. Humbly we come before you confessing that our sins has separated us from your love. For this day, we submit our hearts to you asking boldly for grace to renew our spirit. Because you are God, Gracious Father we come to you today saying thank you for your mercy, love and grace. On this day we ask for a special blessing for this a new year and for families who are grieving from loss and sadness due to death. Help all to call upon our Lord for guidance; call upon Jesus Christ for his undying love and call upon the Holy Spirit for wisdom. Cover this Word with your Spirit; Gracious Lord, nurture us through your Word, teach us to accept the freedom, release us from fear and unforgiveness so that we may receive your Power. O' Lord, let us know that your love is enough. May this reflection give us hope to help us serve as agents of transformation and peace, In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
